Individual Therapy
Taking the first step towards therapy can be intimidating, but it's also an empowering decision, and can be transformational.
At my practice, I offer individual therapy services that are tailored to your unique needs. We'll begin with an intake session to discuss what you hope to get out of therapy and identify your goals. We will collaborate together to assess the factors that are holding you back. I'll then create a customized treatment plan with the aim of helping you to find more meaning, purpose, and overall life satisfaction.
I take a humanistic approach and integrate evidence-base therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into your sessions.

I offer online sessions to all residents of California and provide in-person sessions in Sherman Oaks, California.​​​​
