Women often carry an enormous amount of responsibility while trying to balance relationships, careers, caregiving, family expectations, personal goals, and their own emotional wellbeing.
At FeelCozy, we understand that many women move through life feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or pressured to constantly “hold it all together.”
Although we work with clients of all gender identities and expressions, we specialize in supporting women across the lifespan.
We recognize that women often face unique societal pressures, relational dynamics, and emotional burdens that can contribute to anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, self-criticism, people-pleasing, body image concerns, and difficulties prioritizing their own needs.
Therapy can provide a space where you no longer have to perform, manage everyone else’s emotions, or navigate life entirely on your own.
