I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely comfortable being yourself. I approach the process with warmth, curiosity, and compassion, creating a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin exploring what’s keeping you stuck without fear of judgment.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, identity exploration, relationship challenges, life transitions, and feelings of disconnection from themselves or others. Many of the clients I connect with are thoughtful, self-aware people who are trying hard to “figure things out,” but still feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or unsure of who they are beneath the pressure and expectations they’ve carried for years.

I’m especially passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves after experiences that disrupted their sense of identity—whether through difficult relationships, family dynamics, burnout, substance use, or major life changes. I enjoy helping clients better understand their patterns, build self-trust, and reconnect with what feels meaningful, energizing, and authentic to them.

I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and have worked across a variety of clinical settings, including residential addiction treatment, dual-diagnosis care, community mental health, and culturally responsive counseling environments. My work in addiction treatment particularly shaped my belief that healing is not just about reducing symptoms, but also about helping people reconnect with purpose, creativity, self-expression, and the parts of themselves they may have lost along the way.

My approach is relational, holistic, and grounded in genuine human connection. I often incorporate mindfulness-based tools and draw from my experiences studying wellness practices in Thailand and Japan, as well as from my background as a certified yoga instructor. I value balancing warmth and humor with gentle challenge, helping clients feel both supported and encouraged as they grow.

I currently offer virtual therapy sessions for adults and couples throughout California.
