Welcome
Do you ever feel like something is missing in your life? Like you want to be happier but don’t know how? Maybe you feel tired or unmotivated, or your relationships feel hard right now. Do the same problems keep showing up, even when you try to fix them? You might wonder if life could feel better or easier. Many people feel this way—and with the right support, change is possible.
In therapy, I work to make sure you feel safe, welcome, and heard. We’ll talk about your feelings, what’s important to you, and how to make life feel better. Even when things are hard, you can find more peace and feel stronger inside. I’m here to support you as you learn more about yourself and take steps toward healing.
